Counsellor

Job Overview:

H&S Immigration is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through the process of study visas, visitor visas, and permanent residency applications. You will assess client profiles, suggest suitable countries/programs, and provide end-to-end support .

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
• Assess clients' eligibility based on academic and financial background
• Guide applicants on admission and visa processes
• Assist in preparing documentation and application files
• Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes
• Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions
• Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing
• Build trust with clients and offer honest, professional advice

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream (preferred: counseling, education, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration or education consultancy
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle calls and meet monthly targets
• Confidence in dealing with clients over phone
• Attention to detail for documentation and application accuracy
• Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure

Pay: ₹20,705.82 - ₹33,855.96 per month

• immigration field: 3 years (Preferred)
• Visa Counselling: 2 years (Preferred)
