Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chhindwara for a Counsellor. As a Counsellor, you will engage with students and parents to provide guidance about various test preparation courses offered by Aakash. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding student needs, conducting counseling sessions in-person or virtually, advising on educational programs, and assisting with admission processes. You will play a critical role in addressing queries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring student satisfaction through continuous support and motivation. While the position is primarily based in Chhindwara, the hybrid nature of the role includes the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Proficient in consultative selling and understanding student requirements
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents
• Organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and data management
• Motivational abilities to guide students in their academic and career aspirations
• Experience in the education sector or counseling is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, or Counseling)
