Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Sales: Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and virtual sessions. Understand needs, recommend suitable courses, deliver persuasive presentations, and build long-term relationships. Lead Management: Manage and convert leads from various channels (digital, referrals, walk-ins, events). Achieve admission and revenue targets. Track and follow up via CRM, coordinating with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead quality. Centre Coordination: Support Centre Head/Sales Manager in events, admission drives, and open houses. Maintain accurate records, admission documentation, and handle front-desk activities when needed. Relationship Building: Ensure student and parent satisfaction, resolve queries with empathy, and encourage referrals through positive relationships. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred). Min 2 years in student counseling or education sales. Fluent in English and local language; CRM knowledge desirable. Preferred candidate profile Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and sales-focused.
