Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor based in Noida. The role involves counseling students and parents on educational options, identifying suitable academic programs, and guiding applicants through the admission process. The Counsellor will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide insights to help students make informed decisions, and ensure efficient communication regarding admission and related processes. Collaboration with the team to achieve organizational goals is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build connections and effectively guide students.
• Proven counseling or advisory skills suited to helping students navigate academic and career decisions.
• Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple student cases and maintain detailed records.
• Knowledge of higher education systems, admissions processes, and global education trends.
• Experience in customer service, mentorship, or guidance counseling is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using technology for research and managing student applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Education, Counseling, or any similar discipline is preferred.
