As an SAP Team Manager TechOps (Application Management) Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to join the EY GDS Team and play a crucial role in providing functional support for SAP across various regions for global clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements. You will work with a high-quality team to support clients, ensuring the stability of global companies through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences - 9-10 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP functional areas, preferably with a global client - Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology - Ability to manage cross-functional and technical teams, drive functional and technical discussions, and provide directions - Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a complex, multi-platform environment - Extensive experience in client management in a global setting - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams - Ability to work with minimal guidance in a time-critical environment - Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management - Lead and mentor the cross-functional team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement - Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective action - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on SAP solutions and designs - Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides, and test scripts - Mentor and train junior SAP functional and technical team members - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation - Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as needed **Additional Company Details:** EY is dedicated to helping clients create long-term value and build trust in the capital markets.
