Technical ManagerAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong managerial capabilities with deep technical expertise, driving innovation and overseeing complex projects from inception to delivery. This role demands a proactive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTeam Leadership & Delivery Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality delivery of mobile and web applications. Oversee the full application development lifecycle — from concept and design to deployment, support, and maintenance. Conduct technical discussions with teams to evaluate effort, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Technical Oversight Manage backend integration, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and payment gateways. Implement and enforce coding standards, code quality improvements, and vulnerability mitigation processes. Drive technology transformation, upgrades, and adoption of best practices across app development, release management, support, monitoring, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes. Cloud & Architecture Apply cloud concepts (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture for scalable solutions. Oversee cloud resource provisioning, optimization, and cost-efficiency measures. Innovation & Product Engineering Engage in product engineering, innovation initiatives, and technology/tool evaluations. Support and participate in Application Management Services (AMS) projects and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Enhance customer experience by improving application stability, UI/UX, integration strategies, and adopting modern technology trends. Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale application development projects. Strong expertise in mobile and web application development, backend systems, APIs, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in DevSecOps practices and application security measures. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on innovation.
