Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 9000000 (ie INR 40-90 LPA)

Min Experience: 15 yearsLocation: MumbaiJobType: full-timeAs a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving execution across multiple technology streams, including portfolio management systems, IBOR, client reporting, and CRM platforms. You will manage delivery cycles, oversee quality benchmarks, and ensure that solution design aligns with global data, product, and workflow standards. You will also contribute to the implementation and enhancement of IBOR and related investment management platforms like Aladdin, eFront, LevPro, Kanerai, and Sentry. This includes ensuring interoperability across risk, compliance, and portfolio management systems, and supporting teams in developing functional and technical expertise across these tools. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with teams in New York to maintain consistency in system configurations, data structures, and process models. A strong balance between business insight and technical execution is essential to enable investment teams and stakeholders with the right tools and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy Execution

Translate global technology strategy into actionable execution plans tailored for local delivery teams
Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with strategic priorities, architecture standards, and business needs

Project & Delivery Leadership

Lead technology initiatives spanning portfolio management, IBOR, CRM, and investment reporting systems
Oversee sprint planning, delivery milestones, quality assurance, and release readiness
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

Platform & Solution Ownership

Drive implementation, configuration, and enhancement of IBOR platforms such as Aladdin, eFront, LevPro, Kanerai, and Sentry
Ensure seamless cross-asset integration covering public and private markets
Maintain interoperability across tools used for portfolio management, risk, compliance, and reporting

Global Collaboration & Governance

Work closely with global technology partners, particularly New York teams, to ensure consistency in architecture, workflows, data models, and system behavior
Develop documentation and governance frameworks for unified product and platform practices

Stakeholder Management & Business Enablement

Provide product and platform guidance to investment teams, ensuring they understand end-to-end workflows and capabilities
Balance business value with technical feasibility to drive thoughtful and impactful delivery decisions

What Makes You a Great Fit

Strong understanding of asset management workflows across public and private markets
Hands-on experience with IBOR or investment management platforms (Aladdin preferred)
Proven ability to lead end-to-end technology implementations within financial services
Excellent cross-functional leadership with the ability to partner across global teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical execution plans
Ability to manage complex delivery roadmaps with high attention to detail and stakeholder alignment
