  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Delivery:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of

    tech projects

    across various business verticals such as

    Primary Sales

    Loans

    CRM

    , and more.
  • Create detailed

    project plans

    , manage

    timelines

    , and ensure

    timely delivery

    of tech initiatives.
  • Anticipate potential

    project risks

    , bottlenecks, and propose

    mitigation strategies

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with

    cross-functional teams

    Sales

    Marketing

    ,

    Product

    Operations

    , ensuring seamless alignment across departments.
  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    for all tech deliverables related to assigned business verticals.
  • Support product rollouts for specific verticals by ensuring

    system readiness

    and operational execution.
  • Implementation & Support:

  • Lead the

    on-ground deployment

    of features, tools, and systems for business teams.
  • Conduct

    functional training

    for users and internal teams to ensure effective

    adoption

    and utilization of tech tools.
  • Capture

    real-time feedback

    and collaborate with

    product/engineering teams

    for quick implementation of improvements.
  • Data & Reporting:

  • Ensure

    system-generated reports

    are aligned with business KPIs and objectives.
  • Work with

    tech/product teams

    to enable accurate

    data collection

    ,

    campaign tracking

    , and business analytics.
  • Drive adoption of

    dashboards

    and

    automate reporting

    wherever possible to enhance efficiency.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in

    product

    ,

    project

    , or

    tech management

    .
  • Strong

    analytical

    and

    problem-solving skills

    with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent

    communication

    stakeholder management

    documentation

    abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a

  • Educational background

    from IIT or other premier

    engineering institutes

    is highly preferred.
