Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for originating group loans across various sectors such as SHGs, MFIs, Microfinance Institutions (MFI), and other groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to drive growth in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product development, sales promotion, and customer engagement.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers while maintaining high levels of portfolio quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in microfinance or related field with expertise in group lending products like SHG & Group Loan.
• Strong understanding of financial inclusion concepts and ability to work effectively with diverse client segments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Proven track record of achieving targets set by management while maintaining high levels of portfolio performance.
