Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing accurate information about the projects and promoting them.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication.
  • Meet potential leads after a site visit and successfully close deals.
  • Encourage and coordinate site visits with clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities to the top management.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and the current real estate market scenario.
  • Develop company-wide marketing strategies and plan advertising placements and budgets.
  • Create business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for effective lead management and sales execution.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and meet them to increase business.
