Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct 810 site visits per week for investors/end users
  • Manage documentation and negotiations until full-cycle ownership
  • Coordinate with internal marketing/telecalling team for lead-level follow-up and conversion
  • Track market trends, pricing, yields, and absorption rates; conduct fortnightly intelligence reports
  • Ensure smooth coordination with all stakeholders for efficient transaction closure

Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves:

  • Background

    : Experience in commercial sales/leasing at:
  • IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman) OR
  • Large brokers (PropTiger, Square Yards, Anarock) OR
  • Developer commercial sales teams
  • Segment

    : Sales of office units, retail shops, investment properties
  • Market Knowledge

    : Familiarity with Pune CRE hotspots, including:
  • Baner, Balewadi, Viman Nagar, Wakad, Kharadi, SB Road
  • Experience

    : Handling clients such as SME owners, doctors, investors, professionals, family offices
  • Skills

    : Good negotiation, objection handling, ROI discussions
  • Tools

    : Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM
