Job Description

experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

Work on both technical development and functional implementation across all Odoo modules.
Understand business needs, design workflows, and translate them into Odoo functionalities.
Customize modules and reports according to project requirements
Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
Lead or support end-to-end ERP implementation cycles.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients/functional users.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of all core and advanced Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Purchase, Projects, etc.
Hands-on experience in both functional configurations and technical customizations.
Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Ability to gather client requirements, write technical-functional specifications.
Good communication and analytical skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent with ERP/Business Process exposure.
