Odoo ERP SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

You will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements. As the ERP Software Engineer (Odoo) at Alligator Infosoft, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions for clients across diverse industries. Your expertise in Python programming, Odoo framework, SQL, XML, API's, and Django will be essential in delivering robust and scalable ERP solutions. In this role, you will lead technical discussions on architecture and contribute to decision-making processes to ensure the successful implementation of Odoo solutions. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure compliance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshooting and debugging Odoo-related issues, as well as providing technical support, will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with functional consultants and business users is crucial for solution design and implementation. Your deep understanding of Odoo functional modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing will enable you to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in overcoming technical challenges and optimizing Odoo performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization is required for this role.
