Role Overview: You will be a part of our team as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, leveraging your technical knowledge and functional expertise in Odoo ERP across various modules. Your primary responsibilities will involve customizing, configuring, and supporting Odoo applications to meet the specific needs of our clients, as well as offering post-implementation support and training. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and align them with Odoo ERP modules. - Customize Odoo modules using Python and XML based on client requirements. - Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc. - Develop new features and modules in Odoo according to provided specifications. - Lead end-to-end implementation phases including requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, training, and deployment. - Collaborate with different teams for integrating with third-party tools and legacy systems. - Provide technical and functional support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues. - Create and update functional and technical documentation. - Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to end users. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and development. - Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. - Thorough knowledge of core Odoo modules like CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. - Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and upgrading Odoo versions. - Strong understanding of business workflows and process automation. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and effective communication. - Capability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Bonus: Familiarity with API integrations and web services such as REST/SOAP.,
