Techno Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve a mix of technical expertise and functional knowledge in Odoo ERP. You will be tasked with customizing, configuring, and supporting Odoo applications to meet the specific business needs of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and align them with Odoo ERP modules. - Customize Odoo modules using Python and XML based on client requirements. - Configure various Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR. - Develop new features and modules for Odoo as per defined specifications. - Lead end-to-end implementation processes including requirement gathering, system design, testing, training, and deployment. - Collaborate with different teams for integration with third-party tools and legacy systems. - Offer post-deployment support and troubleshoot technical and functional issues. - Maintain functional and technical documentation. - Provide training and guidance to end users. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and development. - Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. - Expertise in core Odoo modules like CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. - Experience in creating custom Odoo modules and upgrading versions. - Strong grasp of business workflows and process automation. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP) is advantageous.,
