• Act as the face of the company for assigned clients.
• Build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Conduct regular review meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups. • Understand client needs, pain points, and business processes. • Manage expectations, communicate timelines, and resolve issues proactively. • Work closely with internal teams (Development, QA, Product) for delivery. • Review system configurations, workflows, and proposed solutions. • Participate in UAT, resolve functional queries, and guide clients. • Ensure timely delivery of all modules/project phases. • Track progress, manage timelines, and identify project risks. • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, use cases, and process documents. • Assist in deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
