Role Overview

Technical Writer Intern

Responsibilities

• Understand our product by working with the engineering, QA, and customer success teams
• Create end-user documentation: getting started guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, UI explanations, etc.
• Organize and structure documentation for easy navigation
• Use screenshots, diagrams, and examples to explain features clearly
• Maintain a documentation style guide and help define tone and voice

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity
• Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them to non-technical users
• Basic understanding of software/web apps (you don’t need to code, but should be tech-savvy)
• Attention to detail and a love for structure and consistency
• A portfolio, writing sample, or blog is a

  plus

• Previous internships or experience with user-facing documentation
• Interest in UX or content design
