Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically-minded intern to join our team focusing on technical writing. This position is perfect for an engineering student or recent graduate who wants to bridge the gap between technical expertise and marketing communications, specifically in the native app development and enterprise data platform space. Job Description Documentation Creation : Write comprehensive technical documentation for native applications, APIs, and data integration processes User Guides & Tutorials : Develop clear, user-friendly guides for Coridors' enterprise data platform and AI solutions Product Content : Create technical blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing our data analytics and ML capabilities API Documentation : Write and maintain detailed API documentation for developers integrating with Coridors' platform Technical Specifications : Assist in creating technical specifications and requirement documents for native app features Content Optimization : Ensure technical content is SEO-optimized and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field) Strong academic performance with coursework in software development, data structures, or mobile app development Native App Development: Understanding of iOS/Android native development concepts, mobile app architecture, and platform-specific features Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript) Data & Analytics: Basic understanding of data platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Documentation Tools: Experience with technical writing tools (Notion, Confluence, GitBook, MS Word or similar) Soft Skills Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach to decision making Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and learn new technologies quickly Collaboration : Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Project Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or project experience in app development or data platforms Portfolio of technical writing samples or technical blog posts Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Knowledge of Snowflake, data warehousing, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and their documentation requirements What You'll Gain Professional Development Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and native app development Marketing Skills : Hands-on experience with digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management Industry Knowledge : Exposure to cutting-edge technology trends in data analytics and automation Cross-functional Experience : Opportunity to work with engineering, product, and marketing teams Learning Opportunities Mentorship : Direct mentorship from experienced professionals in both technical and marketing fields Real Impact : Your work will directly contribute to Coridors' growth and market presence Portfolio Building : Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of technical writing and marketing content Networking : Connect with professionals in the data platform and AI/ML industry Growth Path Potential for full-time offer based on performance and business needs Clear career progression opportunities within Coridors' expanding team Exposure to startup culture and entrepreneurial thinking Equal Opportunity Coridors is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
