Role Overview We’re looking for a Technical Writer Intern who can turn complex product features into clear, helpful documentation. Your work will be published on our website and guide our end users and empower them to get the most out of our product—through user manuals, how-to guides, product onboarding content, FAQs, and more. Responsibilities Understand our product by working with the engineering, QA, and customer success teams Create end-user documentation: getting started guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, UI explanations, etc. Organize and structure documentation for easy navigation Use screenshots, diagrams, and examples to explain features clearly Maintain a documentation style guide and help define tone and voice Requirements Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them to non-technical users Basic understanding of software/web apps (you don’t need to code, but should be tech-savvy) Attention to detail and a love for structure and consistency A portfolio, writing sample, or blog is a plus Previous internships or experience with user-facing documentation Interest in UX or content design What You'll Gain Hands-on experience with a growing product team Mentorship and feedback from engineers and designers Opportunity to work on real content that reaches users Paid Internship opportunity A certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion How We Operate At Stello AI, we operate by a set of core principles: Customer-obsessed: Make your customers super happy and obsess about their every need.
