About the Role

Technical Content & Knowledge Manager

Key Responsibilities

Research and write compelling articles, posts, and publications on:
Technical topics in education and computational science
Applications of AI/ML and emerging technologies
Company updates, achievements, and events
Develop and maintain learning resources, onboarding material, and technical training paths for engineers and internal teams
Create and update product and service documentation (user guides, API docs, knowledge bases)
Build and manage a knowledge-sharing ecosystem across teams
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex ideas into accessible content

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or knowledge management
Strong understanding of applied AI/ML concepts and/or educational technologies
Excellent written communication and research skills
Experience working closely with engineering/product teams
Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Notion, Confluence, Git, or documentation platforms

Nice to Have

Background in computer science, engineering, or education technology
Experience in designing or managing internal learning programs
Published technical blogs, papers, or editorial content
