Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Symphony Services Corp. (I) Pvt Ltd, with 2-7 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality technical documentation that meets customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user manuals, guides, and other technical documents.
Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with company standards and style guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or similar software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git is an added advantage.
