As a Technical Writer at Asite, you will play a crucial role in developing clear, concise, and user-focused documentation for the B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate with various teams to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand resources for both technical and non-technical users. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining high-quality documentation such as user guides, API docs, knowledge base articles, in-app help, and release notes. Additionally, you will work on developing content strategies for documentation portals and support sites to enhance usability and findability. It is essential for you to have strong writing and editing skills, experience with documentation tools, familiarity with API documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain high-quality documentation for the B2B SaaS platform. - Translate technical product features into intuitive content for various user personas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product knowledge and workflows. - Develop content strategies for documentation portals and support sites. - Review and edit content to maintain a unified voice and tone. - Stay updated with product changes and proactively update documentation. - Continually improve the documentation process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS or software environment. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. - Experience with documentation tools such as Intercom or similar. - Familiarity with API documentation and developer-focused content. - Strong understanding of SaaS products, user personas, and customer journeys. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
