You are a motivated and experienced Fractional Sales Account Executive being sought to join a team focused on new business development and strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and System Integrators (SIs). The product you will be promoting is a software-only, unified observability solution sold to enterprise customers on a B2B annual subscription basis. This platform enables enterprises to proactively detect and resolve issues across their IT infrastructure, including networks, applications, and cybersecurity threats, before they escalate into major outages. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with top-tier managed service providers to expand market reach. You will work on integrating our solution into their service offerings, either co-branded or white-labeled. While the technical sales pitch and product selling will be managed by the existing executive team, you will lead the partnership agreement closure, working with MSP customers to close deals and facilitate collaboration between the partner, end customer, and our company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential MSP and SI partners who would benefit from offering our observability solution. - Relationship Building: Initiate contact, set up meetings, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target partners. - Partnership Development: Negotiate partnerships that integrate our solution into the partner's offerings. - Rate Negotiations: Lead rate negotiations with MSPs for various solution offerings. - End Customer Deal Closure: Lead conversations with end customers and facilitate collaboration between all parties. - Sales Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources to sell and support our solution. - Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and track progress.
