Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development & Delivery

Design and develop structured training modules covering
Production Support, DevOps, or Cloud technologies
.
Conduct interactive
virtual
to reinforce technical concepts.
Continuously update training material to align with
industry trends and best practices
.

2. Technical Instruction & Mentorship

Teach core technical skills, including:
Production Support:
Incident, change, and problem management, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Nagios), ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
DevOps:
CI/CD pipelines, automation using Ansible/Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
Cloud Engineering:
AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud security, serverless computing, cost optimization.
Provide
one-on-one guidance
and mentor students through hands-on exercises.
Offer career advice and interview preparation tips.

3. Hands-on Labs & Real-World Simulations

Develop
practical assignments
that simulate real-world IT environments.
Guide learners in setting up
cloud-based infrastructure
,
troubleshooting production issues
, and
deploying applications
using DevOps tools.
Ensure students gain hands-on experience with key
ITIL processes, scripting (Python, Bash), and automation tools
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience
in Production Support, DevOps, or Cloud technologies.
Proficiency in monitoring, automation, and cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible).
Experience in
ITIL processes, troubleshooting, and scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell)
.
Passion for teaching
and mentoring IT professionals.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
