Key Responsibilities of Technical Trainer:

Training Delivery:

Conduct classroom, online, or hands-on technical training sessions.

Adapt training methods to suit the audience and technology.

Demonstrate tools, software, systems, or equipment as per the curriculum.

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop training content, modules, and course materials.

Update training programs based on the latest technologies and trends.

Customize training based on organizational or learner needs.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Assess trainees' skills before and after training.

Conduct tests, quizzes, or practical tasks to evaluate learning.

Collect feedback and improve future training sessions.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in your training field.

Support & Mentorship:

Provide one-on-one or group support to learners as needed.

Mentor junior staff or trainees in their technical development.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of training activities and attendance.

Provide reports on training outcomes and learner progress.
