Technical Trainer

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Technical Trainer with expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, Data Structures, and Full-Stack Development. The role involves conducting practical training sessions, mentoring engineering students, and motivating learners from diverse skill levels.

·      Deliver hands-on training in Java, JavaScript, Python, Data Structures, and Full-Stack Development.

·      Design, enhance, and update training modules, labs, and resources.

·      Develop and evaluate campus hiring tests.

·      Mentor students on live projects with industry relevance.

·      Provide group and individual mentoring, feedback, and progress tracking.

·      Collaborate with industry HR teams to align training with recruitment needs.

·      Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.

·      Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and full-stack frameworks/tools.

·      Experience in technical training, teaching, or mentorship preferred.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
