Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on technical sessions, mentoring learners, and supporting project-based learning aligned with industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom / online training sessions in assigned technical domains
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and hands-on exercises
• Conduct practical labs, assignments, and mini projects
• Mentor students for internships, final-year projects, and placements
• Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and evaluations
• Support curriculum updates based on latest industry trends
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and session documentation
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required
• Ensure professional conduct and maintain the institute’s reputation

Technical Skills (Any One / Multiple)

• Programming: C, C++, Python, Java
• Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js
• Mobile App Development: Flutter / Android
• Data & Analytics: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Data Analytics
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD
• IoT & Embedded Systems: Arduino, ESP32, Sensors, Microcontrollers
• Software Testing: Manual Testing, Selenium

Eligibility Criteria

• BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / BCA / BSc or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge with practical experience
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred
• Freshers with strong technical skills and communication can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
