Job Title: Technical Specialist Location: Chennai Company: Keykoders Type: Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a versatile technical professional who can contribute across multiple internal initiatives. The role involves working closely with our engineering team while also supporting various knowledge-building programs conducted for academic and corporate partners. Role Overview The selected candidate will be involved in: Contributing to ongoing technical projects across different engineering domains. Supporting technical enablement activities such as structured programs, hands-on sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Assisting teams with guidance, project understanding, and technology adoption. Preparing technical material and supporting documentation whenever required. Participating in technology-driven tasks assigned by the management. (Note: Specific responsibilities will be aligned based on the individual’s skillset.) Preferred Areas of Expertise We are open to professionals with experience in any one or more of the following areas: Full-stack or web technologies Modern JavaScript frameworks Backend programming Python or Java development Hardware-oriented domains involving microcontrollers or digital systems IoT or related applied engineering areas (Exact domain allocation will depend on the candidate’s strengths and exposure.) What We Expect Ability to handle both technical execution and cross-functional knowledge-sharing activities. Comfort in interacting with different types of learners and teams. Good understanding of practical, project-oriented workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to work on varied tasks based on organizational requirements. Nice to Have Previous exposure to structured programs or technical mentoring-type activities. Hands-on experience with real-time applications or projects.
