Training is a strategically important function at Cyntexa and we are looking for a Technical Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to individuals or groups within an organization to enhance their knowledge and skills in various information technology areas. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and managing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) training program. This position will involve effectively teaching people at Cyntexa who require training in different technical fields at all levels and interacting with a group of diverse individuals and personalities to ensure the ultimate goal is achieved, i.e., the best training to be provided to people of Cyntexa in Salesforce. Compensation: The compensation will depend upon the experience and caliber you possess Industry: Information Technology Department: Engineering Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python) and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or similar can be an added advantage. In-depth knowledge and proficiency in various areas of information technology, including software applications, programming languages, network administration, cybersecurity, databases, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Create and design comprehensive training programs to address the learning needs of employees. Identifying training objectives, selecting appropriate training methods, and developing training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through virtual platforms as well as delivering training content effectively, using various instructional techniques, to ensure participants grasp and apply the information being taught. Provide instruction and guidance on a wide range of IT topics, including software applications, testing techniques, programming languages, network administration, cybersecurity, database management, and other relevant areas including Salesforce. Curate training content to suit different levels of participants, from beginners to advanced users. Demonstrate practical examples and conduct hands-on exercises to help participants apply their knowledge and gain proficiency while maintaining regular sessions and classes, as well as test series and assignments, and conduct evaluations accordingly. Collating feedback on complete training. Evaluate and measure results and make required improvements where required. Ability to understand the challenges experienced by students and employ ways to solve their doubts, encourage and guide them. Report program progress on a regular basis to the reporting manager. Stay updated with the latest advancements in information technology and incorporate relevant changes into training materials and programs. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant progress, and evaluation results. Collaborate with other IT professionals, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather input, share expertise, and ensure training programs align with organizational goals and needs. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Teaching Experience (preferred). Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and sales-driven environment. Proficient in delivering engaging and interactive presentations, demonstrations, and workshops Confidence in public speaking and the ability to maintain attention and interest throughout training sessions. Ability to guide a medium-sized team of trainee developers. Flexibility to adjust training methods and materials to suit different learning styles and levels of participants. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address questions, solve technical issues, and provide practical solutions. Ability to implement best practices to perform regular evaluations, report generation, and making sure the training is delivered ideally. Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
