Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on *Technical Lead* to oversee a dynamic team of 30 web developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both *frontend and backend development technologies, content management systems like **WordPress and Shopify, and will be responsible for managing **web hosting, domain accounts, cPanel environments, along with **graphic design coordination* and *technical documentation* *Key Responsibilities:* *Team Leadership & Project Management:* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of \~30 web developers. * Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely project delivery. * Conduct regular code reviews and technical evaluations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales. *Technical Oversight:* * Provide architectural guidance across web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom stacks). * Ensure best practices in coding, security, scalability, and performance optimization. * Supervise frontend and backend development, including integration with third-party services and APIs. *Hosting & Infrastructure Management:* * Manage hosting servers, domain accounts, and DNS settings. * Handle cPanel configurations, backups, migrations, and server maintenance. * Troubleshoot hosting-related issues to ensure uptime and performance. *Platform & Tech Stack Expertise:* * Proficiency in *HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL*, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Node.js, Laravel, etc.). * Expertise in *WordPress (custom themes, plugins)* and *Shopify (Liquid templating, custom apps)*. * Experience with *version control systems (e.g., Git)* and deployment workflows. *Graphic Design & UI/UX Collaboration:* * Work closely with graphic designers to ensure cohesive design-to-development implementation. * Provide guidance on responsive design, UI/UX standards, and accessibility. *Documentation & Client Communication:* * Prepare technical documentation including *project proposals, cost estimations, and presentations*. * Participate in client meetings to understand technical requirements and provide strategic input. *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. * Deep knowledge of *web development ecosystems, **CMS platforms, and **hosting/server administration*. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
