Technical Team Lead

As a Node.js Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Node.js applications. You will also build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices, working with React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Leading a team of developers, you will ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery. Your role will involve conducting code reviews, providing technical mentorship, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other teams for seamless development. Additionally, you will optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js applications - Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices - Work with React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks - Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery - Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams for seamless development - Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript - Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS - Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL - MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices - Ability to lead a development team, manage tasks, and ensure smooth execution - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and work from home options.
