Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Team Lead to drive the development of our Web, Android, and iOS applications. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and architecture to code reviews and successful launches.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and product launches.
• Team Guidance: Mentor the team of developers across product development.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure high architectural standards.
• Infrastructure: Oversee cloud deployment and scalability on AWS.

Technical Requirements

• Web: Expert-level proficiency in the MERN Stack and Next.js.
• Mobile: Strong experience with Flutter for cross-platform app development.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Management: Minimum 5+ years in software dev, with proven experience leading technical teams.
