Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or sources
  • Pitch the company’s products/services clearly and confidently over calls
  • Handle objections, generate interest, and convert leads into opportunities
  • Maintain call logs and report daily activity to the team lead/manager
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Understand customer needs and share relevant information accordingly

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in cold calling / telesales / telecalling
  • Strong communication skills in English (and regional languages if needed)
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive voice presence
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced calling environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2C or B2B voice-based sales
  • Knowledge of basic CRM or call tracking tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
