As a proactive and results-driven Technical Sales Representative, your role will be to support business growth by providing customers with customized technical solutions. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, effective client engagement skills, and a strong sales aptitude. Your technical expertise, sales skills, and exceptional communication abilities will be essential in driving revenue and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and understand their technical needs, challenges, and business objectives. - Recommend and present suitable products or services through detailed technical demonstrations and consultations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business success. - Proactively seek new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies. - Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Technical Consultation & Problem-Solving: - Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. - Provide expert guidance on product selection, features, and applications based on customer needs. - Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with the support team when necessary. - Communicate complex technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Sales Strategy & Business Development: - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Conduct market research to understand industry demands and customer pain points. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends in the CRM system. - Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management review. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Prior experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or solution selling is advantageous. - Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with a night shift schedule. The preferred language for the role is English, and the work location is in person.,
