Technical Support Executive

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong interest in IT security to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cyber security tools, secure systems, and client environments. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients on best practices, and ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant.

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, calls, and ticketing systems with clarity and professionalism.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets as per SLAs and service desk protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software installation, system performance, network access, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Provide support for eScan setup, updates, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues in malware detection, threat mitigation, and the cloud security console.
• Assist with DLP policy configuration, alert handling, and Vulnerability Assessment report reviews.
• Offer remote troubleshooting and handle escalated cases via screen sharing.
• Conduct product demos, POC sessions, and client onboarding.
• Work with internal teams (R&D, product, security) to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and contribute to knowledge base, FAQs, and documentation.
• Support incident response and system recovery on Windows and Linux platforms.

Years of Experience: - 1-4 Years

Education: - Graduation in IT Background Must.

Location:- Andheri East

Salary Range:- 2-4 Lacs
