Job Description

Hello, We are hiring for the position of Technical Support Engineer who has 2-3 Years of experience for Ahmedabad location. Roles & Responsibilities:- 1. Provide technical support for antivirus (eScan) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. 2. Analyze and resolve customer issues related to eScan security tools and services. 3. Handle escalated cases and deliver effective remote support via phone, email, or chat. 4. Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions for prospective clients. 5. Support security-related operations on Windows and Linux platforms. 6. Assist in cybersecurity incident response and system recovery processes. 7. Take full ownership of reported issues and ensure timely resolution. 8. Guide clients through step-by-step technical solutions remotely or on-site. 9. Accurately log and document all issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system. "ONLY AHMEDABAD BASED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY". Nice to have Cyber Security Experience but not mandatory.
