Job Description

Designation: L1 Technical Support Engineer

Experience – 2 to 3 Years

Salary – Up to 3 LPA

Location : Bangalore

Working hours: Monday to Saturday


  • Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems 
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues 
  • Monitor, log, and manage incidents as per SLA guidelines 
  • Assist users with password resets, access management, and application support 
  • Maintain accurate incident and resolution records. 
  • Basic knowledge of

    Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
