Technical Support Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the Technical Support Process team in Gurgaon, your main responsibility will be handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with technical queries and troubleshooting. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced Undergraduate/Graduates looking to develop their career in customer support within a premium technical process. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries over phone calls pertaining to technical issues. - Provide customers with clear and accurate information or troubleshooting steps. - Maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure an excellent customer experience. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the system with accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English (Preferred). - Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance will be an advantage.
