Job Description

As a Technical Support Executive at our company in Indore, your main responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level technical support to operators. - Checking emails and replying with proper messages. - Diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently. - Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary. - Training users on new software features and options. - Working in a shift roster. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service orientation. - Time management and multitasking abilities. - Willingness to work in shifts.
