Technical Support Executive

As a Telecaller at NEE Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and providing assistance to customers with their inquiries. You should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote company services. - Inbound Handling: Address customer queries and offer relevant information. - Lead Generation: Identify interested customers and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Customer Follow-up: Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups. - Data Management: Ensure customer records in the database are accurately maintained and updated. - Sales Support: Aid in achieving sales targets through effective communication. - Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred). - Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers welcome). - Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills, proficiency in Hindi & English preferred. - Persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
