You will be working as a Telecaller at NEE Pvt. Ltd., where your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Your role will require excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services. - Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide relevant information. - Identify interested customers for lead generation and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and update customer records in the database. - Assist in achieving sales targets through effective communication and provide sales support. - Address customer concerns, resolve problems, and escalate issues when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred). - Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers are welcome). - Skills required: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English, persuasive and negotiation skills, ability to handle rejections, and remain motivated. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
