Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with our jewelry business clients to ensure they successfully adopt and maximize the value of our software solutions. You will be responsible for software installations, client training, technical support, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Visit client locations to install and configure our jewelry management software
  • Set up the system according to each client's specific business requirements

Training & Education

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to client staff on all software features and modules
  • Train new employees when clients expand their teams

Technical Support

  • Handle incoming support calls, emails, and tickets from clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues remotely or through on-site visits
  • Resolve client queries related to software functionality, operations, and best practices
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions
