Technical Support Executive - Logistics Solutions

You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for users of logistics solutions platforms such as CargoWise and Flexport. This position will be based in our Cochin office and involve troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring smooth logistics operations for freight forwarding and supply chain processes. Your main responsibilities will include supporting users on logistics platforms, resolving technical issues through ticketing, chat, email, or phone using systems like Jira or Freshdesk. Additionally, you will assist with integrations (e.g., APIs, EDI), optimize workflows, train users, and collaborate with logistics and IT teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in customer/technical support, specifically supporting users on logistics solutions platforms like Flexport. You should also possess a strong understanding of logistics processes, familiarity with APIs, XML, EDI, and help desk software. Certification in a logistics platform is a plus, along with excellent written and spoken English communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. This role requires you to work from our Cochin office and offers the benefit of a 5-day work week.
