About the Role

  • We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Python who will provide high-quality technical assistance and troubleshooting for enterprise customers using our software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on technical knowledge of Python-based applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with global customers through voice, chat, and email

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise software built on or integrated with Python and related technologies.
  • Handle incoming customer requests via calls, chat, and email, ensuring First Call Resolution wherever possible.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application functionality, APIs, databases, or deployment environments.
  • Analyze error logs, scripts, and code snippets to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the case tracking system (CRM / ticketing tool).
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer communication, professionalism, and ownership throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Identify recurring issues or bugs and provide detailed feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical support, application support, or product support.
  • Good understanding of Python scripting – ability to read, debug, and write simple scripts for automation or troubleshooting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting applications on Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, REST APIs, and database concepts (SQL).
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent for global customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
