Job Title :: L2/L3 Support Engineer (AS400)

Location :: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Top Skills:

• AS400
• RPG/COBOL
• SQL/DB2
• Exposure to .Net/Java

Core / Must Have:

• Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High end reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs.
• Technical proficiency: Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL (Command Line); SQL skills.
• Mid Technical proficiency: Good understanding of Windows operating system, .Net, Java, API, and SQL skills.

Primary / Should Have:

• Application expertise: Experience in .Net, API, and Java development experience.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Knowledge management and ability to create reliable and clear SOP documents.
