Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our growing support team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 4 years of experience, this role is ideal for individuals with a passion for solving problems, helping customers, and learning new technologies. As a Technical Support Engineer, youll be the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues. You will work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement of our platform or products. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software, systems, or services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems via email, chat, and phone. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers). Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
