Review of technical specification and drawings of clints for P.E.B projects BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and vendor coordination for PEB and prefabricated projects. maintaining adherence to budget constraints. Prepare Techno Commercials and cost estimations/BOQ during tendering prosses strategic material selection. Coordinated with design and drafting teams for technical clarifications to ensure accuracy in estimations and proposals. Evaluation of vendor quotations for raw materials such as steel, fasteners, and panels to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Maintaining a detailed database of suppliers and rates for efficient material sourcing and benchmarking. Assisted in preparing accurate techno-commercial proposals, adhering to bid submission deadlines Cost Estimation & Budgeting for PEB & Prefabricated Structures Quantity Take off (QTO) & BOQ Preparation Vendor Quotation Evaluation for Steel, Fasteners, Panels, etc. Tender Documentation & Proposal Preparation Strong Communication for Stakeholder Coordination Strong Numerical & Analytical Skills Prepetition of pre-qualification documents tried to tender proses Preparation Of project schedule in coordination with internal teams
