Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Support Engineer with exceptional server-side management skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives on solving complex problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and effective technical support to customers via calls and emails. Understand customer issues thoroughly and resolve them, aiming for on-the-spot solutions whenever possible. Manage and troubleshoot WordPress , Drupal , or other Content Management Systems (CMS). Handle server-side infrastructure with strong expertise in Linux servers , Windows Servers and AWS infrastructure Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with a methodical approach. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges. Collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic customer requirements and technical landscapes. Desired Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. Expressive, empathetic, and proactive in understanding and addressing customer concerns. Strong technical acumen, particularly in CMS platforms and server management.
