If you are a free thinker and a technical problem-solver ready to enable real connections, we want you on our team!We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide 24/7 first-level technical support for our cutting-edge video conferencing and UC solutions.What You’ll Be Doing:☑️Act as the initial point of contact for technical support via voice/chat for end-users and partners.☑️Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality assistance for issues related to SIP/H.323, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communication platforms.☑️Serve as the first-level escalation point; assess, handle, and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.☑️Maintain precise logs, update ticketing systems, and ensure exceptional customer follow-through.What You Bring:☑️2-3 years in IT infrastructure, UC support, or video collaboration roles☑️Engineering degree (Computer Science, IT, or related).Strong hands-on experience in complex fault resolution and maintenance of knowledge base.☑️Expert knowledge of VoIP, video conferencing, and UC technologies.☑️Proficiency in standards: SIP, H.323, H264, ISDN T1/E1, and Ethernet.☑️Experience with: Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager, and Zoom platforms.☑️High-level proficiency in networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).☑️Excellent customer-focus, communication, and relationship-building skills.📍Ready to enable the future of hybrid work?
