Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Superintendent based in Navi Mumbai. The Technical Superintendent will oversee the technical management of vessels, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and coordinating with marine engineering teams. The role demands close collaboration with ship crews to ensure optimal sailing conditions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ship Management and Maritime operations
• Skills in Inspection and Marine Engineering
• Knowledge of Sailing practices and protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience as a Technical Superintendent is advantageous
